without walls or partitions

Headquartered in Tokyo, the Japanese publishing company Kadokawa Corporation recently completed a new campus in Tokorozawa, a city about 50 kilometres northwest of the capital. Having evolved from a traditional publishing house to an entertainment company, Kadokawa understood the need to overhaul traditional notions associated with the word ‘office’.
